"This property was actually really nice however I’m pretty upset with the staff. So I booked the day of alittle late but I booked my stay I arrived around 10pm the staff was apperantly upset that I got there at 10pm being rude and unsavory. "The best hotel I stayed in Medellin. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Walkable to the soccer stadium and some many restaurants and bars. The staff have excellent service, including the driver Jorge and the terrace bartender Hamilton. You also got up-front taxi service 24 hours a day. Definitely, I will stay again in this hotel. Very highly recommended."

"1. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. We left our number, and asked the front desk to call us when we could check in. Nobody ever did. 2.
