The staff are very accommodating and friendly :) there is a nice common area with a very good lake view...
Unfortunately, the facilities are old.
The room is very disappointing.
The restroom is not so clean, shower and heater is malfunctioning... and the bedroom has centipede and spider, yikes!

- Had to ask for staff to turn on water in the room
- Only available sockets are in the bathroom
- Can be noisy at night especially when other people are doing karaoke

the room we got was nice and spacious, bed was comfy. Although, the wifi signal was weak and we had to go out to the lobby/restaurant area to utilize the wifi. the food was good and well prepared. the staff were respectful and polite at all times, they even catered to our request to be picked up and dropped off where we needed to go.

We had a late check in (meaning 2 hours after the start of check in) We expect that our room was ready but no. They told us to wait because the manager was away and they are not sure what room to give us. They kept us waiting on their not so comfortable lobby/reception/dining area all in one. They kept asking for our booking and I kept repeating and showing my online booking for them several times!
Until they told us we can go to our room FINALLY!
I thought we can now relax on our room but then the manager finally came after almost an hour and asked AGAIN if I can show my online booking!
I had to zoom and show to them the receipt where it shows that we paid for the extra person and that includes breakfast the next day.
Very poor service!
