Easy prompt check in and check out. Breakfast was bag type due to construction. Everyone very friendly. Would recommend for any visit to Laurel. Shower pressure a bit weak, though.

The hotel was under renovations. Dusty, dirty, no pool, no hot breakfast. Breakfast was a to-go bag. Orange, water, chewy bagel, peanut butter and jelly condiment. I had asked for a reduction in rate which was not honored.

We are so sorry you feel that way. We did send you notification of the renovations. You did have the option to cancel at no charge through the 3rd party vender. Because you went through a 3rd party vender, we are unable to offer a discount. Hopefully, you will consider staying with us again after renovations are complete. Have a great day.

This property was under construction but we were never notified. Work was actively occurring in front of the elevators and lobby during peak checkout time. Dust was everywhere. No consideration was given for the inconvenience.

We are so sorry for your inconvenience. The renovations are necessary. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the renovation crew who are not concerned about the comfort of our guests or the employees. We attempted to notify this guest prior to arrival but did not have a good phone number. Have a good day.

We were not told the hotel was being renovated. The lobby was in complete disarray. There was no complimentary breakfast. Our room still had blue painters tape on the wall. The peep hole in the door was stuffed with paper because it hadn’t been installed yet. The wallpaper by the bathroom mirror was lifted and peeling off. The construction crew started at 8am which woke us up. Definitely not worth $200 per night! I’d like at least a partial refund.

We notified Expedia about renovations when they started and they were to notify you. The GM and the AGM checked out this room after receiving this review. The peep hole is installed and not blocked. There is no painters tape anywhere in the room. These rooms were inspected several times after renovation before we released them to be rented. The bathroom was renovated 2 years ago and we were not aware of the wallpaper issue. I am so sorry you feel you had a bad experience. Hope you have a great day.

EXPEDIA didn’t notify me that the hotel was under construction. No hot breakfast, parking inconvenience.

I am sorry you were not aware of the renovations. When renovations started in July, we notified our 3rd part vendors who were to notify potential guests as they made there reservations. If your reservation was made before then, then you were not notified. We are trying to meet our guests expectations, hence the renovations. I hope you have a wonderful day.

We were very happy with our stay. They let us know ahead of time that renovations were going on. We were in a newly renovated room that was beautiful. We noticed that the air conditioning unit was very quiet along with any other appliances.
