The front desk was left unattended most of the time. We stood outside the hotel in the cold for over 20 minutes waiting for the front desk to left us in. I addressed my concern with Manager. She brushed it off as if it was not as if it didn’t need a dressing.

It was alright, feels like there was a thin wall so I could hear when housekeeping folks was doing their job in 8am in the morning. Bed or room itself was okay, bathroom was not bad but not so good. For price range, I would consider visiting again.

The comforter had a stain on it. The tub had hair and dirt.

They couldn't find my reservation, the front desk guy opened the door of my room on the second night, he didn't knocked or anything , because supposedly I was not in the system anymore, thank God my husband was there. You can hear the other people from other rooms... It was ok for the price.
