Convenience of the facilities in the room. Clean bed linen.
Friendly helpful staff at reception and in the dining room.
The couch in our room too low and soft for us older folk to sit on & off of without a struggle!
Finding a legitimate car park was not straight forward on Friday. The hotel parking space signs need a colour code or symbol to distinguish them from all the other spaces, plus an online location plan would help.
We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
