Was a nice hotel close to town to explore Launceston by foot.

Property is well located. Close to restaurant and shopping centre. Room were quite spacious but look old. Unfortunately we had one fly and mosquitoes in the room. We didn't report it to the reception though. There were webs outside windows and should be cleaned.

Lovely and friendly staff members , breakfast and the diner was nice as well. Although the bathroom was renovated and clean the room especially the carpets being so old and dusty wasn’t nice. It needs renovations

Overrated hotel & restaurant. Do yourself a favour and eat at the Maple Cafe next door to hotel, it’s fantastic!

The staff is very polite and efficient. The rooms are good-sized, equipped with all amenities, housekeeping is efficient. The hotel is in a happening zone, two minute walk from the lively city park, library and cafes. Parking is stress free!

We were under the impression there would be a pool, but it wasn't. However the public swimming pool wasn't too far away and very nice.
