Did the job, one night stay , close to local shops bars and restaurants. Clean, dated but friendly staff.

The property was very good and we would certainly consider staying again. Convenient to town and overall a good stay.

It was all really great until we used the shower. Very little water, the hot far too hot and could never manage a steady temp. Quite tricky and could be dangerous.Needless to say we never had another shower

The hotel was close to the centre of the city but far enough away that it was quiet and unrushed. By the time we left I had a grasp of where everything was in Launceston.
I loved the staff they were all knowledgeable and always willing to help with advice and ideas
What I didn't like was the one way streets but that is not a reflection of the hotel
