The room was clean and tidy, and needed an update. But, the worst part was they were not well insulated to avoid noise. Other patrons staying thought yelling til 3.30am in the morning was acceptable, having little consideration for others. Opted for early check out.

Basic accommodation which is fine for a night or 2 if you're in Launceston for work. The entire place is a bit dated and could use some sprucing up, breakfast is average at best and the rooms and hallways are not very clean. Great central location with plenty of off-street parking, not the best but far from the worst.

A lovely stay at the hotel. We had such a spacious room and was so lovely and warm when we got into the room

A nice place to stay for a few days. They don’t do room service though. We had to ask for fresh towels etc.

Also just to let you know we do offer Room Service for Breakfast Mon-Fri from 7-9am / Sat-Sun from 8-10am & for dinner Mon-Sat from 5:30-8pm. Closed on SundaysAs for Linen Service each room is supplied on with towels etc. on arrival if you are staying more than 3 day your room will be serviced & new towels given. Unfortunately we don't offer daily room service, but we are always happy to get you extra towels, blankets etc. if you would like them.Kind Regards

This was my second stay at this hotel. Very clean, comfortable and with convenient parking right outside our preferred room on the ground floor. 10/10 will choose this hotel again.
