The bed had old blood and hair on sheets. Thank god i not a Is germ person.

The property is nice and clean. My issue was with poor staff attitude. One example is the ice machine on the floor I stayed at was broken. When I inquired about it, I was told to go look for a working ice machine on another floor! Bartenders were hostile too. Not sure if they are overworked but they seemed bothered when providing service or answering simple questions. They give off an unwelcoming vibe.

We found the hotel looking very tired. Lots of paint peeling , cement tops of bannister unsteady. There doesnt seem to be much renovating done.

Apart from some carpet separating from the wall by the window, all was great! We love the gift shop!
