"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is close to a station and under 10 mins waking. I had a burger and beer on the property and everything was good! Came as a solo female traveler and never felt unsafe. Would definitely recommend!"

"Clean, spacious and comfortableroom for family of 5. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and catered to us per our requests. Location is very close to most towns by drive. It would help if the laneway had a sign indicating the hotel. Gps guided perfrctly though. "

"Really loved our time at the hotel. It's literally just next to the spa so you can walk over in your bathrobe! Spa is amazing and very relaxing, not too busy and with lots of different pools and saunas. It's open until 10pm so even after a busy day away you can still jump into the pool when you get back! Reception ladies were really lovely and helpful. Room was quite basic but very clean and had everything we needed. There was not a fridge but we asked for one and it was provided same day. Bad Zurzach is a lovely village if you want a quiet relaxing holiday. In the hotel building is tourist info which gave us lots of ideas of things to do and nice places in the village to eat. We did the Papa Mol mini-golf and a few walks along the Rhine and into the hills above the village. We also visited Rhine Falls and Zurich (Lindt factory) as the trains are, of course, like clockwork! Breakfast was good variety of food and lovely and fresh. Co-op just across the park so can buy stuff you need easily. One evening the Spa had a food and music evening in the park which was fun - even ended with musical fountains! Will definitely return."

"The corner room has an excellent mountain view, though it can be slightly noisy if the window is open during summer for better ventilation. Overall we had a comfortable stay and staff are friendly too, they helped us to keep the yogurt in the fridge as my dog needs to take yogurt for breakfast daily. Thank you!"
