We stopped in the hotel on our way from New Jersey to Florida. The location is great - right in the middle of our road trip several minutes from I95. Clean hotel, nice stuff, quiet area. Have no complains.

The property is clean and the staff was professional. My only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock. I did not have a good night sleep because of the condition of the bed.

For the weekend I have checked in, I have stayed here several times traveling out of state, the weekend Nov. 23-25, the first night my granddaughter kept saying something was biting her you couldn't see it because it was so tiny, the next night I said I'll sleep in the bed, something started biting me by then I could see this little tiny almost clear bug with a little spot, I went to the front desk to complain, they moved me to another room, the next day upon check out the manager didn't believe anything I said was true, the woman at the front desk said he should compensate you cause at this point I can't do anything, The only thing that manager said to me was I'll check out the situation and someone will contact you, NO ONE has contact me at all, the manager didn't even apologize about it, and the housekeeping lady was so rude to me like I did something to her, I had to buy products to make sure we didn't bring the bugs home with us. not a good experience.
