"I feel like I'm nitpicking because the employee's were wonderful and the premises were spotless. They couldn't do more for us or be more helpful, but: The only place to put clothes for 3 people was closet with a couple shelves. Had to ask for hangers, there were 2. Bedroom had 2 nightstands with 2 small drawers in each. There was no place to put suitcases. We were only given one door card and one small bar of soap. Once you learned how to use the buses and tube with the citymapper app...

"Lovely clean and quiet room in a safe building. There was everything you’d need in the room. My only negative is that it is very corporate feeling and lacking personality. It’s in a great location near shopping, restaurants and transport"

"It is my first time to stay in a home-based accommodation when travel. But, I have a good experience with my first trial with the apartment. The location is convenient to city center with mass transit and supermarkets. Also, I did had a non-standard requirement for the house owner Clifford. He has been helpful to solve my problem. As a conclusion, I will stay in the same place again when I travel to London next time and recommend it to my other friends."

"We had an excellent stay. Self check-in was easy. The accommodation was excellent, well maintained and had everything we needed as a family of four. The children loved going to get eggs from the chickens and seeing all the animals. The hosts provided animal feed as part of the check in process, which was appreciated as the children loved feeding them. The only thing missing was a mirror above the dresser, it was tricky for my wife to use the bathroom mirror to do her hair between everyone...

"We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "

"It was lovely. The room was small yet just enough for a couple. I wish there was a small fridge for our cold drinks. Toilet bowl had some stains on the outer side just below the seat cover but maybe just a minor thing that was missed by the cleaner. Temperature can be adjusted according to your preference which was really good. Easily accessible to and from Heathrow airport"
