The front desk people were amazing! very helpful with everything! best hotel to walk to everything also!

The apartment we stayed in was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed! We particularly liked the layout of the apartment and how kind the staff were. They went the extra mile to help us understand the area as we are not fluent in the local language

Very close to a subway stop and lots of restaurants.
The bed was amazing.
The shower hot and strong.
And all the staff i spoke to were very friendly and helpful.
My basic apartment only had windows onto an internal shaft but that was fine by me. Probably quieter that way.

Awesome location, clean room, super comfy bed. Will definitely plan to stay here again next time I pass through santiago
