The dirtiest place ive ever been to. They refused to clean after 4 and our check in was at 4 so we were forced to sleep in a dirty room. The air vents were full of dust. Sink was clogged and room smelled so bad we couldn’t even be there

The room was absolutely filthy as was the weird office I checked in at. The sheets had clearly not been changed from the last guests. The carpet made the bottoms of my feet sticky. They’re was literal food and crumbs on the ground as well as other trash around the unit.

Jockey Club is an excellent option for larger groups or those looking for a full kitchen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite. The suite was super clean, had plenty of towels for our group of 6 and had a full kitchen and full sized fridge. We loved that it is connected to Cosmopolitan and its location on the strip is very walkable. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again!!

This property is at great hidden location right next to Bellagio. Very convenient . Suggestion is to get its entrance detail before you arrive. Its parking and entrance is very difficult to find. It took me multiple rounds to find the entrance. Washer dryer was not functioning. Rest everything was great

Request blankets by calling front desk but they asked us to contact the host from booking to get them. Which made no sense because how would you contact Expedia to get extra blankets ? So i was disappointed with their communication service toward house keeping/front desk service.

This property is in the perfect location, it is In the middle of the strip. Checkin was different due to you can just go to front desk you go to another door due to this a private owned property as well as the hotel does not give towels, toilet paper etc. the toilet ran the first night we were there and finally after me calling the front desk and the property owner number finally they sent maintenance. Then they sucked us in to a 3 hour long meeting about buying vacation time/ time shares. Other than that I would probably stay there again just not in a private owned room .

If there is a negative stars rating I would have selected the lowest one. Dont waste your money here. I booked this place one week in advance. The day of arrival I went to the lobby and they couldn't find the reservation that I already paid in full for it in advance. After 1.5 hour then they find it . I have booked Las Vegas street strip view and ended up with a suite with windows facing conrete walls of the adjacent building. NO signs to lead to parking garage and also in side the building poor signs. They don't have a main entrance. On of the entrance it thru another casino and the elevator is hidden and no signs that say Jocky club hotel, we had to ask around to find the side elevator that leads there .
