I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay, and I feel it's important to share my concerns. Unfortunately, I found that there are better hotel options available on the Strip that offer more amenities and a better overall atmosphere.
One significant issue I encountered was with the staff. I was asked to leave the restroom while attempting to quickly touch up my makeup, as our hotel room was not ready for check-in. This felt particularly frustrating, especially as it was my birthday and I had to wait over four hours for our room. It was disheartening to have to go out feeling unprepared.
Additionally, the hotel lacks essential accessibility options, such as wheelchair rentals, and basic amenities like a microwave in the room. I also found the hotel's overall ambiance to be quite dull compared to others in the area.
Based on my experience, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel, as I believe there are many others that provide a more accommodating and enjoyable stay.

the front desk woman is dumb, it took 40 minutes to check in, she spoke very poor english, we had lots of misunderstanding due to the poor communication

The property is very easy to access off the 15 and not deal with the strip. They still have free self parking and WiFi. Also free valet parking. The staff was very helpful. The restaurants were good. I was very happy and will go back most likely.

Great prices for a nice room. Super clean. Easy access to monorail was super convenient to access the whole strip!

For the price and the room we got was really good! Would definitely come back. Also would recommend because of the easy access to monorail.

Loved everything except there was not one cup of complementary coffee in the entire resort. Not even in the rooms. I had to go downstairs to Starbucks or across the street to McDonald’s.
