Poor hotel compared to others on the strip

This is a wonderful place. The iconic building is beautiful and worth seeing on its own. Add impeccable service that is reminiscent of yesteryear and dining options that are truly mouth watering you end up with one of the great dames of the hospitality industry. For distinguishing travelers it is a must visit.

$25valet parking not mention in the website .

Elevator did not work. I pressed 6 on the elevator and it took us to the 10th floor. We were so scared and decided to walk down four floors. The staff were nice though.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Currently we are doing renovations to our elevators, however the elevators should still be working properly. We do require your room key to be scanned prior to selecting a floor. If your room key is not scanned then the elevator will not move. If another guest calls up the elevator from another floor, it will bring up the elevator to that selected floor. We hope this experience doesn't prevent you form returning to our property in the near future.
