CAUTION - This hotel has the dirtiest rooms of any hotel I have ever stayed at! We discovered after we checked in and started to get in bed that the SHEETS WERE DIRTY!! They were "crusty" and covered in food crumbs. Apparently housekeeping just remade the bed and left the dirty sheets on. The Front Desk people, especially Brent, were great. They were just as frustrated as we were with the cleanliness issue. They were very sorry and immediately changed our room (this was 1:30am). The 2nd room was just as bad! The bath tub had a long, black hair across the wall that couldn’t be missed and a "ring" around the tub. DISGUSTING. Sadly, Front Desk can't do anything about these issues because they can't tell housekeeping what to do. And apparently the hotel Management has been told before about these issues and doesn't care at all (there isn't even a manager onsite on the weekend.). After the issue with the 2nd room, we spoke again with Front Desk and they immediately canceled the remainder of our reservation (we had planned to be there several days for a sports event). They kept apologizing for the situation, saying they understood why we wanted to go to another hotel. Sad that good people like this Front Desk staff, are working for such a horrible hotel.

Handicapped parking and shower were just what was needed. The beds were a little high, but they were comfortable for sleeping.

We found this to be a rundown, poorly maintained property with no services, and poorly trained desk staff.
We asked for cleaning 4 days into our stay and it was not done. When we mentioned this to the desk they insisted the room had been cleaned, despite our phots to the contrary & would'nt reschedule. We changed the sheets ourselves, & dumped the huge pile of towels & linens in the hallway.
There is no breakfast & they charge ( alot ) for coffee.

The carpet in the room was heavily stained with visible globs of a white substance. No iron in the holder for the iron in the room. A beer can left by the previous guest on the outside deck for the room. Staff was polite and apologetic.
