First time staying at Planet Hollywood and honestly wasn’t expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. My room had a tiny bit of trash in a far corner and I only noticed because I happened to drop something there so I can understand how the cleaning staff missed it. Otherwise everything else was clean. My only issue is probably the self parking. No clear direction as to where you should head to find the check in area. We parked, grabbed our luggage and after a bit we found the elevator/escalator to head down. Once we reached the lower level there was a crowd of people surrounding a map of the facility trying to figure out how to get to the front desk. Apparently, it wasn’t very clear because some headed one way and others another way. We decided to follow one group and after trailing after them through the whole shopping area, they seemed to have lost their way so we kept going hoping to find another group of people with luggage. Finally, after we trekked through the whole mall loaded with luggage, we finally found a sign indicating where the hotel lobby area was. Even on our way back to our car after checking out, we struggled to find the parking garage entrance. Maybe more signs instead of just having your customers wander around aimlessly??

There are much nicer hotels on the Vegas strip. Property needs a refresh / remodel.

Hotel is very clean and nice. Parking lot is too far away from hotel. After parked in the front parking garage need to walk around the shopping center to get the hotel. It take me 40 mins to find the hotel to check in

This hotel had all that I could ask for and more! There were so many shops and places to eat inside this hotel alone. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was very nice, and for us the location was wonderful. The view was amaizing, almost the enitre strip. (obviously the room was more expensive) The hotel is in the heart of th Strip, walking distance to a lot of places. museums, restaurnat, pharmacy, market.
