This is my second stay at Palms place. I had a $200 food and beverage credit that I only used $50 of that and they will not transfer it the balance to another day. I had major issues the first time I stayed there hence the reason for the credit. When I got to my room, I discovered that my freezer was not working at all and this was the one time that I needed. It TV remote was not working, and when I went to the hotel through Expedia to ask for some compensation or the transfer of the credit, they refused and very very disappointed in the service. On another note, I tried to order in room dining which you have to do through an app. I tried for a half hour to make it go through and it did not. I finally called the restaurant and they were able to get the food tonight, but I should be able to do it through the app. Wait time was at least an hour so the longer I took the later the food is gonna be at times, I don’t think that this hotel really thinks about the guest.

Easy check in, the room was spectacular and cozy. Absolutely will stay again.

They never change our room or bring ice chips when we report the fridge not making ice not working telling me to go to gas station to buy bags of ice very rude people they don’t refill soap and lotion in the room The jacuzzi in the room is fake not working any not happy with many things I will never go back again that place
