I like how far you had to walk to get to ground Transportation from the main floor of the lobby. The walk was extremely difficult going underground walking through all the shots to get to where your Uber Lyft ride would be. It was very inconvenient. My first ride left me and I had to get a second ride.

I was scheduled to check out at 11:00 AM, but the housekeeping staff came knocking and entered to clean at 9:00 AM.

Great property, but it is very confusing to find anything. Personless check in so we had to wonder around for half an hour to find our room.

Constraction is on going at 5am in the morning, in my 2 days stay I didnt get a sleep at all. I call the front desk at 5 Am morning to complaint. I was told that he could only give me a free breakfast for inconvenience. Then I told him the breakfast won't do anything with my sleep and loud noise happening from the Constraction. The staff gave me 2 days of free parking pass. I checked it at this hotel to get relax but then constraction and loud noises happening thruout the night to morning. I want refund or any compensation with the inconvenience stay.
