When staying at the luxury suites, you have access to housekeeping for a fee, the tv in the bathroom was broken, soap was not provided, the bed did not have fitted sheets. I would go thru the signature next time.

I read some of the negative reviews & for me,they were unfounded…this property was off the strip so it was quiet & peaceful,my room was clean & spacious,plenty of wash rags & towels,the bed was very comfortable.I could easily walk to the strip,this was my second time at this property & I can’t wait to go back

After staying at The Signature/Luxury Suites International on many, many occasions (previous to this stay our property of choice) we found the property on this stay to be lacking in cleanliness and care and attention to its patrons. The sinks in the bathroom were plugged with so much gross hair they would not drain, not to mention they were grossly dirty because they couldn’t properly be cleaned. A call to notify LSI created a repair ticket however over the 8 days of stay never was tended to or fixed. Additionally there was garbage debris under the kitchen sink, stains on bedside table, the brown carpet was in a very sad state, the picture over the jet tub looked like it had fallen into the tub and was just rehung. Supplies provided for our eight night stay ran short on toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap etc. rating: poor!!! The staff at The Signature registration desk don’t want to hear anything about it because The Luxury Suites International are privately owned. Recommendation: book The Signature suites so if you run into problems or have concerns there will be someone on site to help remedy.
