Before booking I called and property “read” the fees they had. Time of check in ended up paying $150 extra in fees for parking lot, club, pool, “water bottles in the room”. (They were actually $10/ water bottle) and spa. (Spa was still under construction).

Felt safe and a very good environment. Only downside there was noisy neighbors who didn’t care about others

Everything was clean and staff was accommodating. I do wish it was easier to access ice and microwave.

One of their employees tried to steal 500 out of my account and the funds had nothing to do with my stay !

The staff seemed to always be busy. When we arrived at the time for check-in, our room wasn't ready. They were still cleaning it out, and it was around 3:30 pm. We waited for about 30 minutes. At the time to check out, no one could be found in guest services. Even the security was looking for the front desk personnel. Yes, it was a little noisy at night due to the club downstairs. Other than that, it was okay for a one-night stay. And also the waters that they provide in the rooms is extra for a Ridiculous charge of $10 dollars a bottle

Hi Jose,Yes, we have been very busy. Check in is 4pm, and you were checked in at the time of your reservation. We provide complimentary water and coffee in the lobby. We also have refrigerators for you to bring your own beverages. The large bottles of water are an option for those who prefer to indulge, and only charged if a guest opts to drink them.
