Checking in slow and when we were ask if we like service on certain days we said yes and did not receive service at all. Wifi was charged for extra devices even if we were only using 2 at a time. Once connected it counted even if you turned off wifi to previous devices. So choose carefully caused that cost us almost $40 extra. Couple of hidden or buried fees like parking was disappointing , so we switch to the Westgate resort and got free wifi and free parking and an upgraded room and easy access to the mono rail. Bed was uncomfortably and just not the experience we thought we get from such an iconic hotel.
