Booked a room back in April, when I arrived in OCTOBER they informed me that because I had booked through Expedia, they cancelled my room. Found out from Expedia that the hotel had overbooked and canceled my reservation. Did not offer any help whatsoever in finding a new place to stay.

Ms. Emily, I am not sure who provided you with incorrect information that we canceled your reservation because we were oversold, this is not true. Your reservation was canceled because your credit card was declined. You must provide a valid card when booking a reservation. We sent you a courtesy message through the Expedia portal but could not contact you any other way because you did not provide a phone number or email on your reservation. Per Hilton and Expedia standards, if we were oversold, we would pay for a room at another property for the guest.

Good location broke amenities
Posted 1 Jul 2024 on HotelsFriendly staff and secure facilities, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were closed and the air didnt work in the fitness room.
