Great location for the Mandalay Bay Convention Center and it is away from the chaos of the casinos. One of the exterior automatic doors was broken and weighs around 100 pounds. So we had to hit the handicap door opener and wait 10 seconds while it slowly opened. It was annoying. The light/doorbell on the outside of our room was also broken so housekeeping walked in on us a couple of times because the red Do Not Disturb light didn’t illuminate on the outside of our room. Anyone visiting our room had to knock loudly so we could hear them from the bedroom. We called the customer service several times to get issues addressed and an extra blanket delivered, because housekeeping wasn’t answering their phone. After the fourth call to customer service/front desk, someone finally answered. The repair issue wasn’t fixed but we did eventually get the extra blanket.

Loved everything about this hotel. Visited with my wife for our anniversary. The vibe was perfect. Room was awesome. Spacious, and clean. Plenty of food options. I will definitely stay here again.

If possible, please make it easy to understand minibar prices including water and coffee.
