First time staying at Desert Blue for our Wedding Anniversary and what a nice property. Stayed here for 10 nights and had a great time. We traveled from the UK so over 5,000 miles to be greeted by really nice staff and all very helpful. It’s very clean and with the apartment having it’s own kitchenette and sofa made it more homely. Will be definitely coming here again as it’s a gem.

The proximity to an event my family was attending across the street was very convenient, and just a short walk away. The ease of getting in and out of the property was also very nice, both by car and when walking. The hotel room was spacious, and having various kitchen and cooking utensils was also a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again!

We were misled into purchasing a time share, despite being presented with a marketing opportunity. The incentive to encourage existing customers to refer others was not clearly communicated. The sales process was flawed, and we were not adequately informed about the nature of the product. We had read negative reviews and stories about similar experiences, which raised concerns about the quality of the time share. Upon arrival, I was in a state of extreme exhaustion and had suffered a sunstroke. The representative was unresponsive and only interested in accepting our booking for an appointment. Upon reaching the hotel room, I collapsed on the floor and lost consciousness. The presentation was satisfactory, and the presenter was competent. However, the general manager exhibited aggressive and arrogant behavior. The representative’s sole focus was on obtaining a signature, which we found unacceptable. We lied and left the presentation with offers on the table, saying we would consider and speak in the morning, knowing that we were leaving bright and early for LAX. We strongly advise against expecting such treatment from a hotel. We had never encountered such a deceptive sales process and have no desire to do so again

It was a very pleasant stay with a very accommodating staff. We only wish there was an in house restaurant other than the out door grill. The shuttle to the casino was also a plus!
