My husband and I took a mini get-away and decided to stay at Caesars because of how close everything is. At check-in the clerk upgraded our room at their rate (per day) and not the rate Expedia had offered (which was like a $40/day difference). When I disputed it, they refused to honor the original price which was very frustrating. We stayed on the Augustus side which had a nice view of the strip however the room itself was not clean. The room had not been vacuumed, the cups left for the keurig machine had been used and wrapped back up (as if they were clean so please make sure you're vigilant of this), the spa tub had been left with water and bleach soaking in there (not sure if that is procedure but we had to air the room ou for about an hour), the toilet had a horrible black rim as did the trimming of the shower, the door in the restroom had dark hand stains on it. The bed itself was comfortable. Make sure you take clorox or disinfectant wipes with you if you decide to stay there (to do your own cleaning) because when i called the front desk, i was told the room was cleaned and that was pretty much it. I took pictures and texted them to the hotel and never got a response. I know every hotel has its up and downs but for the money we paid, we expected a little more. We won't stay there again.

The check in process was pretty simple. The room was exactly as presented online. However, the bathroom was not clean. There was toothpaste all over the floor and used dental floss. One of the sinks did not drain.
We called housekeeping to clean the bathroom floor while we were out, and they did. Everything else has been okay.
