Absolutely fab stay! Great staff, breakfast was yum & they were very accomodating & helpful. Great location. Highly recommend, great price for area too.

This property is very outdated needs improvements. It’s a shame because the location is great near many things. I only stood one night because it was a last minute decision to go to Samana. I would not recommend to stay more than that. The receptionist and her assistant were the only great thing about this place, they are very friendly, nice and accommodating.

We like the location., the property needs upgrading.,and the staff are very non professional.,and we had to wait for coffee till after 8:00 am. Not good.

I stayed here for one night. Reception was very friendly, the doorman was helpful. Although the physical condition of the building was petty good, there were some deficiencies. What made my stay absolutely poor was the service from the f&b staff. First, we waited HOURS for breakfast, because they didnt have the food available. Fine, we understood this, however the server Maria, was not only rude, she was disrespectfull, rude and zero customer service skills. She needs to be retained or dismissed. After waiting 1 hour, we decided to ask about the timing, and she pretty much looked at us and turned her face in disgust. Then afrer another hour, proceeded to serve a table that came AFTER us, and then did not bring the requested breakfast plates, so now we had to WAIT longer wothout as much as an apology. I then went to Reception to voice my concerns and no solution was offered other than an apology from someone else. pretty poor service in such a beautiful beach and area.

We really enjoyed our stay at thus hotel. Staff were super friendly and the grounds were very well maintained. At night it was very quiet and we slept very comfortably. Location was excellent. Right across the street is the beach as well as the hotel restaurant. Views were amazing. We will return again with a larger group of friends and family.

Bottom line...great location and great set-up where you can snorkel right off the beach. Rooms were clean and nice and restaurant breakfast very good. The property is a little tired and needs more maintenance especially around the pool....but overall, just a nice experience with nice local employees.
