Castillo Romano is honored to have a 4.8/5 rating with Expedia and Hotels.com which attests to our relentless dedication to our customers satisfaction. We have the best price/quality accommodations in Las Terrenas. You had rented a cute,clean,comfortable ECONOMY ROOM which provides for a double bed, 2 night tables with lamps, a dresser with mirror, air conditioning and FREE BREAKFAST. Along with this, you had STARLINK INTERNET available, 2 huge kitchens where guests can cook and store meals, 2 large shared living rooms to socialise and watch TV, wraparound balconies where you can see the city of Las Terrenas and an ocean view and 7 washrooms throughout the building. We have a beautiful private pool and a barbecue area. The beach and all amenities are in close walking distance. All our guests are ecstatic when they see how majestic and grand the property is which was designed and built by a renowned Maestro Romano...We also reserve Destination Weddings, large family reunions and all kinds of social functions.The first night everything was fine. The next day you were complaining that this was not the room that you had booked. We said we were sorry that you felt this way and offered to REFUND your money WHICH WE DID and gave you the OPTION OF CANCELLING the next 2 nights which you had booked. You REFUSED and continued to complain that you wanted a better room.We refused because you did not want to pay the extra fees for the upgrade. You obviously and clearly had the option to leave if you were so dissatisfied and after getting a free night COMPLIMENTS of Castillo Romano!!! And we would NEVER have given you the 3 nights for free which we explained to you in a polite and respectable manner. At no time was anyone EVER rude to you and this is INSULTING AND DEFAMATORY TO OUR BUSINESS REPUTATION which you posted in your comments!All our very best

Hi Kimberly and Tom,Thank you for your wonderful compliments on Castillo Romano. We hope you enjoyed the upgrade on your reservation that we gave you free of charge.You should have simply asked one of the staff members for shampoo and they would have gladly brought you a bottle. It must have been an oversight on their part seeing that we have lots of guests to attend to and they are always running around. We always have hot water but it usually takes a good 5 minutes before it starts getting real hot considering that there is so many tubes throughout the whole Castle.It was a real pleasure hosting you and hope to see you again in the near future.We wish you all our very best
