They don’t honor the website price.

We didn’t end up staying at this hotel because she tried to double the price when we were paying. Hotels.com said 31.50 pay at hotel. When we arrived she said it was 52 and cash only. It also wasn’t close to the beach and she didn’t know how to use the computer or phone. We walked out and found a cute quiet hostel down the street with air conditioning and private bath for 25

Watch the San Juan del Sur World go By

The folks at encanto de sur were amazing! Roberto and Francisco were so friendly and happy to help us and provide whatever we needed to make us more comfortable. The room was clean and the bed, sheets and pillows were soft and made fir an excellent sleep. And the tertace upstairs had amazing views and was a great place to relax and watch the san juan del sur world go by.

The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great . Overall you pay for what you get .
