We had a few issues with checking in and keys, however, due to Marcelino’s (the doorman) help, consistent availability and strong sense of awareness he helped make the experience as smooth as possible and followed up with us."

"I'll begin with why our overall score is good vs excellent (but do read to the end!): we arrived slightly ahead of schedule and waited over an hour (even with our calling) to be picked up by the driver we had arranged for with Las Clementinas. "Our stay at the Wynwood hotel was great! There were many reviews about noise levels, but we stayed on Tuesday and Wednesday and only found the one night to be a bit noisy. However it wasn’t horrible, and is expected staying in that area. The apartment itself was very clean, beautiful, air conditioned well. We would love to come back. "

"A truly beautiful location and facility But never once answered my emails Front desk was disinterested to the point of trying to avoid any communication The room obviously had a flood. There was mold in various locations in the unit and even in the ceiling lights. The shower/bathroom glass was very dirty. "Beautiful property, Very clean. Its in the middle of the highway so you can not just walk out to the store. You must enter with a car/uber and leave with a car/uber. otherwise its a very luxurious and beautiful apartment building"

"We enjoyed our short 2 day stay here. Apartment had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Was quick walking distance to great coffee shops and only steps away from a delightful restaurant, LAMRO. Communication with the property was efficient and check in was smooth and easy. As it is located a little off the beaten path, be prepared for “rustic” surroundings. With that, we never felt unsafe at any point."

"This was a great location in Casco Viejo. Close to grocery, restaurants, bars. Very walkable. Close to the malecon for jogging / walking. Rooftop pool and deck perfect for sunrise / sunset. Unit had everything we needed. Only negative was we asked for an extra blanket and were told that was not available. "

"We had a slight problem that went on for a couple of days but the property manager was exceptional in continually trying to get things corrected. And she did. Outstanding communication and very quick reactions. Best ever. The apartment was great also. The entire Yoo Building is amazing."

"The pools were clean. The beach was nice as well. The staff were super nice. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice. We got in at 9am and they let us go to our room to rest. The bartender Joel at the beach bar was super sweet. Always there ready to serve us. At the Pacifico restaurant for breakfast the gentleman who worked the outside seating was fabulous. Always there with a smile on his face and he always made my cousins coffee perfectly everytime. I would stay here again."

"Property was great! Room was very nice and hotel amenities were too. The area is near Via España which is great for shopping like a local. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby (the ones on site at hotel are great too!). If you are looking for more touristy area, this may not be your spot, but Uber are reasonable and metro is around the corner. Highly recommend!"
