No t. No radio bathroom on the first level and bedroom Alway on the second floor no grief at the moment nobody gave us a tour or information about the property it was different of what we seen on the amenities

Don’t stayed here - book the room last minute couldn’t get there - GPS couldn’t locate the place , after calling the number no one answer the call 📞 . The location is extremely extremely steep up in the hills extremely narrow . I did not locate the place after hours going up and down the hills .. no sign or directions near the zone area

Hi Carlos, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I do think you mixed a review for another place. Chalet Tropical is NOT set over a hill, our street is completely asphalted, we are set in the street named like our hotel (Chalet Tropical Street) and we're well marked in any kind of maps, 1st in Google Map! Add that we're places at a few minutes from Playita Beach, and a few minutes from the center of Las Galeras... so that "for sure" you mixed something ....

Stay at this place for 3 nights and the first night there was a storm. The front of my bungalow was flooded and I informed the font desk the next day and they did not do anything until I spoke with one of the cleaning ladies. The power went off a couple of time the last night. It was pitch black and hot. Nobody came out to say anything or apologize for the inconvenience.

El lugar es excelente.!! El desayuno es super riquisimo, el trato del personal fue de lo mejor, Aurora nos trato super bien. Hicimos el tour en 4 wheels que brida Chalet Tropical, y nos fuimos con Adonis, que fue un super dia.
