Our stay was overall very good, the food, staff and atmosphere were all excellent. The room was kept clean and the beds were comfortable. My only concerns were that when we arrived the power was out across the facility for hours. I was surprised that the property did not have a generator. There are also areas that I think could use some maintenance, specifically the water slide which appeared very rusty and structurally unsound. We also had a visitor one day, who lives locally, who was given a very hard time for being there compared to several other visitors who were not asked to pay to be there.

Great place to stay
Posted 25 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe best place to stay in Playa Venao. The pool and hot tub overlook the beach and sunset. The room was very comfortable. The staff are friendly. Great for families with kids. The restaurant had generous portions. It’s steps away from surfing. I have been staying there for years and I highly recommend it.

Great retreat in nature, but also surfers paradise
Posted 4 Aug 2023 on HotelsWas wonderful, loved the location and that is not fully developed, has so many natural areas, green areas, etc. The ocean had big waves so I get why surfers have a great time. Hotel was clean and nice, most importantly safe, and while there was only one restaurant, it was good and had good variety. Service was great - difficult to notice staff but everything was done and clean! As a couple that was amazing!

Peaceful. Zen like. Good vibes. My room was superb.
Pool wax magnificent. Hot tub quite nice.
Did not eat there so unable to give feedback on food.
Staff was just super accommodating.
