No ice machine, no pool, moldy curtains in room, as we drove around in the morning my husband saw 2 men climbing out of a room window. Did not feel safe. Desk staff was very nice at check in

I arrived late the evening of my reserved check in day only to find out that there are no rooms. They had locked their front door and no one of immediately available. One they finally opened they told me there were no more rooms

Poor customer service no towels after staying 2 days . Did not offer clean towels also did not clean my room the refrigerator was dirty. The carpet was dirty, very hot out in the lobby. Did not vacuum carpet in or outside room trash every where. Homeless people hanging around outside hotel. No coffee in the morning. I will never stay here. The worst La Quinta ever. Very Disapointed.
