Bathroom was left with multiple hairs in the tub.
Shower curtain was inadequate and flooded the bathroom.
Pillows were far too big to be comfortable.
Complimentary bottle water was nice.
Service at Restaurant was uncoordinated. Our meals arrived 20 mins apart.

Hotel was attractive from outside, front dest had a big smile and very positive, room was exceptionally inviting. dining was very good.

Busy property. Limited seating in the restaurant. Food was below average for the price.

Very nice place I mostly always stay at the Westin and this did not disappoint. It was about 15 mins from the airport and about another 10 mins from downtown Dallas. It was very clean and nice room for our stay. I’d stay again and try the food next time it looked so good. They also offer a mini store with some snacks that was great.

The aesthetics of the hotel inside are beautiful! However the hallways on the 7th floor had a musty hot smell. Like old dingy climate.
Other than that beautiful property
