When we turned up to eat the table we had chosen had been allocated to a party of 6 and we were informed no one can book a table!! The member of staff who told us this was quite off hand and rude. Really bad communication. The accommodation itself was good and the reception staff were excellent "

"Since 2014 we've stayed here at least 8 times. What makes us return are the staff, the pool area and the location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and bars but far away from the noise. The accommodation provides pristine outside spaces. The pool area is spacious, you're never too close to other bathers. On the ground floor you get your apartment sun bed area. On the upper floor a private balcony with table and chairs, again good enough for sitting in the sun. The apartments are cleaned...

"Pros: lovely holiday complex with well kept gardens and pool area, which didn't feel crowded. Very spacious living area in apartment. Balcony had a nice sea view and walls kept it private, but also no sea view once you sat down due to the walls! Cons: slightly unclean surfaces on arrival (crumbs, hairs). Kitchen doesn't get cleaned by housekeeping, there were some tiny ants on the surfaces during my stay (not unexpected in hot climates, but wouldn't expect in a holiday home)"

The waiting staff are really attentive and the trainee on the reception desk went over and above when she came to find us to tell us our apartment was ready (after I’d missed her call). "The staff were friendly and accommodating and the entire hotel was very clean. Excellent for the price we paid. Only room for improvement was that the wifi was very poor and we had to use mobile data. I think it would also greatly improve the rooms if they included a kettle and or a mini fridge for drinks snacks. (I know there is a communal kitchen, but this would be an upgrade)"
