Posted 16 Aug 2021 on HotelsI could NOT stay there as when the manager finally just rocked up by chance to let me into the room a roach ran across my feet.2 minutes later after being horrified this establishment was on Hotels.com site I grab my bags and ran.The hotel//apartment was dark and dingy smelly and unclean.I checked into another hotel which was pricey and St Mamas will not refund me so all in all a horrible experience.Also there is no so called airport shuttle advertised with the hotel.

Dear guest. Remember that we called police to take you out because you refused to leave the apartment. The check out time at 12 pm and you left after 11warning and police calls. We called someone to translate for you ,because you keep ignoring like you don’t speak English. Any way its expected this review after the bad behavior you did , the neighbors called police from first day because of the music and the noise, and you reserved for 2 person and you brought more than 6 to your apartment, we have camera and we warning you by calling and message. We hope we don’t have guests like you again, will notice expedia about you with evidence, thanks

В гостиной 2 дивана, балкон. Близко к аэропорту.
Посуды минимум. Мебель, сантехника удовлетворительные.
Рекомендую предварительно списаться с администрацией, чтобы понимать, где офис и чтобы там кто-то был.

Posted 19 Feb 2020 on HotelsHave never been in my life in a worse place. Bathroom full of mould. Lights non existent. External balcony doors not locking or closing. And a lot more. Rude person at reception. Booked a week, stayed only one night because I had no other option. Should be removed from this platform.

Bad smell, mold on the ,in one rom no electricity. I do not recomend that hotell.
