Its very close to the beach amd convemient to find minimarts nearby

The only good thing is the location, the hotel was near beach. Unfortunately, the room I booked turned out to be not the one I received. I order room with two single beds and received one with one double bed. Room was changed in the morning. But unfortunately both was very dirty, dust everywhere. The manager was very rude, when I pointed out to him the appearance of the rooms he said that I could move to another hotel. He tired to pretend to be nice later, but it come out artificial and sarcastic.

Your complaint was that in your reservation you did not tell me what bed you wanted and I explained it to you when you were here and we had nothing else to give you, but the next day we gave you what you wanted. you should have appreciated it, for dust you didn't tell us anything while you were here.

Mr. Christopher receptionist was without any experience, Upon check-in i wait 15 minutes no one was there after that i call on his mobile, he came on the reception, He said he saw me, he was smoking outside.
I stay there 4 nights, no cleaning, No toilet paper, i request with him but unfortunately no one come in my room, i bought a stuff from the supermarket, He is very rude person i don't want to recommended anyone in this property, I am very disappointed. All nights my neighbours were shouting and laughing, Hotel don,t care about it.👎

Dear Sir, before you came here you asked for a free transfer from the airport, you asked for a room on the top floor and we gave you a balcony, you came faster than your time and we gave you the room earlier, you asked to iron yourself, we gave you an iron every little while, you also asked different things and I what you say I am fireless in my work, I gave you all the answers.

Horrible place
Posted 16 Sep 2024 on HotelsYour website showed a room with a view to the sea side, and with beautiful pictures of the room ! But the reality showed a very bad old room that made us run away and book in another hotel. I did not even dare sleeping in this hotel. i want my money back

Just today I got a phone call that you want your money back, they don't have anything, the pictures you say are authentic and they show the distance to the beach and the rooms, you did a normal check-in and you just want a free vacation.

The owner wasn't even in when I went to check in. I was told to wait for 10 mins before even entering my room. The owner was nice but the room wasn't. Small beds. Dirty bathroom. The tiniest shower. And there wasn't even any shampoo or body wash available. Also the WiFi was only free in the reception, no actual WiFi in the rooms. Never coming again.

Hello Yaqoob you didn't wait more than 2 minutes, there were 2 people, you entered the room 3, you wanted 2 single beds, we gave you everything you reserve for the shower and the internet, everything is in the photos or described, so you have to choose more expensive hotels.

owner out off this world could not make me more welcome free food very helpful its not the ritz but you get what you pay for would definitely stay here again thank you

You came here for one night and when you left you took off all the sheets and put them on the floor and threw the towel in the bathroom and the cleaning lady asked who did that.
