if this hotel was any closer to the ocean it would be in it it was very easy to find it has everything we could ask for and at a very reasonable price we liked it so much that we are staying an extra night ,also they have a great complimentary breakfast

Good stay, we are happy overall. Very good room (upgraded to executive suite). Convenient amenities. Half-board dinner was good, breakfast could be better.

Good Hotel

We stayed here in March and the hotel + all of aiya napa was a ghost town. Many restaurants, shops etc are closed all day, everyday. The hotel was clean, quiet and peaceful but not much to do other than lay by the pool. I think this hotel would be great in the summer. Unfortunately our experience in Aiya Napa as a whole was not what we expected. It’s our fault for not researching the time of year properly.

Partial Sea View

We booked a sea view room but you could not see the sea until you walked to the end of the room and full sea view was only possible from the edge of the balcony due to an obscuring wall. There were no other rooms available unless we paid a lot extra for an executive suite. The room should be described as partial sea view and charged accordingly. Avoid rooms 222, 322, 422 and 522.

Detta Ă€r mer som ett tre stjĂ€rnigt hotell, ett charter hotell dĂ€r gĂ€sterna reserverar solstolar tidigt pĂ„ morgonen (som dessutom stĂ„r tomma stora delar av dagen). Vi fick inte rummet vi bokat utan de nedgraderade oss och gav ett sĂ€mre rum utan att kompensera! ”Panoramic seaview” och stor balkong - i verkligheten skymdes halva utsikten av en vĂ€gg och balkongen va inte ens hĂ€lften sĂ„ stor som i beskrivningen dessutom va Ă€ven rummet mindre till ytan Ă€n vad som uppges pĂ„ hemsidan. Handdukarna pĂ„ rummet va utnötta och poolhanddukarna hade en unken lukt (som Ă€ven nĂ„gon tidigare pĂ„pekat). SĂ„g dessutom nĂ„gra silverfiskar i rummet, i övrigt frĂ€scht. Frukosten va ok men dryckesvalen var urusla (dĂ„ligt kaffe och odrickbar juice av lĂ„g kvalitĂ©). För de med halvpension sĂ„g buffen trist ut och serverades i samma del som frukosten vilket va skramlig miljö (som skolmatsal). De övriga faciliteterna med bar och restauranger var dĂ€remot av bĂ€tte kvalitĂ© och enda stĂ€llet pĂ„ Cypern med riktigt trevlig och duktig personal! Marina i receptionen va dock vĂ€ldigt trevlig Ă€ven om hon va oförmögen att göra nĂ„got Ă„t att vi fĂ„tt ett rum som inte matchade med vad vi betalat för. Hade vi fĂ„tt rĂ€tt rum hade upplevelse kanske varit annorlunda, betalar man extra för nĂ„got sĂ„ förvĂ€ntar man sig Ă€ven att fĂ„ det
