Air conditioner didn’t work / no hot water/ flooring curling up / got up and left at 11 pm because couldn’t sleep. Too hot in the room

Room was clean and quiet. Check in was efficient. The woman who checked me in was very pleasant and professional.

The woman who checked me in was amazing!! Very helpful and friendly, she was the best thing about this hotel. It is older and the beds were very worn out. The cleanliness was not great at all; stains on the bedding, dirty floors and walls. This is an older run down hotel that would benefit greatly from being updated at the very minimum with new beds and bedding.

The bathrooms are updated and modern. The staff were nice. The room could have been cleaned better and there was an unsafe, yet taped off walkway upstairs.

Overall just for a couple nights it was manageable. The room we stayed in the one bed was really unsteady. I almost fell when getting onto the bed. The A/C wasn't working and when I called down to the office the woman mentioned about turning the cold water on and me opening the window. I tried opening the window, but it was taped shut. Need to seriously update all around, especially the parking lot. The staff was friendly and it was quiet.

Just wished they had a wall blow dryer in the room... but it was the kind of room you'd expect for Motel 6..served its purpose
