The staff were exceptional both to Ahmet that helped me and my partner in the spa and many thanks to Hussain who made the dinning experience a good one

The stay was pleasant for the most part, with good food, polite staff (most of them), and a quiet environment.
However, there was one night with no electricity in the main building and no Wi-Fi anywhere on the property. Communication about the issue was poor, and the reception staff were not very polite when explaining the situation.
