The property is dated and Ibiza restaurant was under renovation, so option for hotel dining was very limited. Food and beverages were average in my opinion. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I initially booked for 4 nights but ended up staying for 10nights. I regretted moving to a different hotel for a change. The staff all of them from housekeeping, to the ones at the breakfast buffet, guest services- they’ve all been so accommodating. Their warmth & hospitality is what I truly loved about my stay- that’s why i kept extending. I also felt safe & comfortable all throughout my stay. I’ve always stayed here every time I come home and that won’t change. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back in the future. Special thanks to Sheena & Cheezy for being so helpful regarding my needs to ensure my stay would be a great experience. I really appreciate it!
P.S Everything would’ve been perfect if there was a bidet by the toilet 😊

Nice property with private beach. Chocolate hour with free sweets. A bit high pressure to do spa or dinner show. But overall good.

The hotel itself and room were great. Hotel room views not so much. I had a great massage. Also had a great time soloing jet skis.
