Terrible Service from Hotel.com
Posted 28 Jan 2022 on HotelsI did not proceed with the trip after learning that Kawayan is not operational due to destructions brought about by Typhoon Odette. I spoke personally with the Operator.
And what surprised me was that Hotel.com didnt even know about it.
I am demanding a refund of all charges related to this trip that have been effected so fa.

Ripped me off and took my money...reserved a room for 5 days and upon arrival they never had me registered or water for showers. They still took my money from my reservation and are not refunding me back.
