Posted 23 Dec 2017 on HotelsTwo concerns: the initial room we stayed, smells pretty bad, smell comes from the underground so we asked to transfer to another room, 2nd floor; In the new room, we discovered presence of falling hairs on top of the bedsheet, so we again ask to replaced the bedsheets. The service is quick though.

Posted 21 Dec 2017 on HotelsNice low cost stay. Excellent staff. Hotel was clean. Older building but partnership with Bellavista for dinning and pool make this an excellent value. 5th story pool offers beautiful views. Breakfast with bacon, eggs, pancakes and fruit is a wonderful start to the day.

Pros: Proximity to the airport.
Cons: Administrative professionalism
Location: Close to airport, no variety of restaurants nearby.
Staff at the reception was arrogant, had no record of my reservation and took too much time to verify its validity.

Location: Nothing.
I flew into Cebu from KIX. I had a 4 AM pick up so this was close cheap and the dive shop on Malapasua recommended this as easy location.

Fire hazard
Posted 14 Sep 2017 on HotelsWith electrical wires showing and lamps as fire hazards and the smallest tv I've seen in 30 years not to mention holes in the ceiling where water has come through. A total pit if not for breakfast next door and airport shuttle

Old but clean and quiet.
Posted 23 Aug 2017This double room I stayed in was clean and quiet. Furnishing S including television were dated. Security was provided by 24 hour guard. The breakfast buffet supplied to guests was well stocked and excellent.

near the airport

Pros: hospitality of the staff members.
Cons: cleanness of the facility. It's probably old.
Location: easy access from/to Cebu airport.
It is located within a distance of ten minutes ride by taxi. When I went to the Cebu airport from the hotel, they offerd me a free ride.Also, breakfast is available at the cafe which is next to the hotel(almost the same building).
Speaking of the room, it was nothing special. But it is enough for just taking a rest.

We only stayed a few hours but the service was good,our flight was early morning they gave us a packed breakfast my only crictism is they did not have tea or coffee at 04: 00 hrs airport transfer was not a problem
