"We stayed for one night on the way to the mountains as it was conveniently located for Wieliczka visit next day. We were very positively surprised. Firstly, I booked the room just one (instead of 4!) and with no breakfast. I realised an hour before arrival and the lady at reception was extremely helpful and adjusted my booking on the phone (as I booked family room there was no extra charge). We arrived late at night and there was absolutely no problem to check in. All was quick and smooth....

"Lovely property in a great location. In great condition, clean and all the basics provided. The only downside was that the bed frame was really squeaky so ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Also note there is no bedroom, it’s an open plan studio. "

"I wish that this property had air conditioning because the spacious double bedroom was perfect for our family. It was very hot and humid at night though. The staff were excellent and the dinner we had in the restaurant was really tasty. Overall it was a really nice property with easy parking (a true luxury in Europe) but I would suggest picking a stay when temps aren't hitting 32 degrees celsius."

"Stayed five nights with husband and two teenagers. Chose due to spa facilities which were excellent. A short Uber ride from the Old Town. It was January so hotel and other restaurants on the complex were quiet so only had a pre dinner drink in the hotel before heading to Old town for dinner. Hotel staff were friendly and informative.
