Great location to the beach and public transport. Staff were very friendly. Room dated but extremely clean.

Location on lapad front, but expedia photo is misleading as it shows the properties in front of the hotel which are not part of hotel

Close to the beach and restaurants. However the walls were paper thin. I could hear the people next door talking. Also the water pipes were very loud when other rooms used water. No tea/coffee making in rooms and no fridge. No free of charge common tea/coffee making area either.

Negative: Hotel's mattress was very hard and low. Bathroom was VERY small. Positive: We enjoyed the room with the balcony.
Breakfast had good variety.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in early, which made my trip much smoother. Their helpfulness and warm attitude really stood out. Highly recommend!
