We were expecting and happy with basic room for the price. BUT unfortunately it was truly awful. The bathroom was really dirty and the sewerage smell was dreadful . It was so late on arrival and we were exhausted we reluctantly stayed the night but got up really early and left for another hotel. Each to their own but it wasn't for us.

Welcoming and very good value
Posted 15 Jun 2024 on HotelsFranck is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed overnight at Hotel Inn Design, Laon, 5 times and find it excellent value for the price. It's very clean, bed is comfortable and it's only a short walk to Aldi and Carrefour supermarkets.

Basic room. No hot water
