Staff were very nice. Excellent service!!!! Something was wrong with bathroom sink but overall it was a nice location. Reasonable price.

Room was fine!

Everything was working ok. The only thing I didn’t like was they came into our room to turn off the A/C when we went out and it was very hot when we returned.

Im very sorry for the inconvenience. We upgraded 3 Twin Double Economy Rooms(with 2 Double beds only per room) to 3 Superior Family Rooms (with multiple beds , 3 double beds in a room having 2 units inside) without surcharge because there are many kids and free kids have to share with the existing beds. We change it for your comfort which will cost double the price of your original rooms. Our Hotel policy is to put off all electrical appliances to help us conserve energy, because we already offer below city average rates. Hoping for your understanding. God bless!

The property is very neat. There's wifi connection, a clean adult swimming pool, bathroom (without tub but nice and clean), cool AC, small tv, nice and polite staffs. Very quiet place. 1 ride away from the central market. Very affordable.

Good: Affordable. Location was okay - not too far from city center. Staff was pleasant. Airconditioning is cold. Bad: Sheets weren't clean, particularly the pillowcases. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms. There's no signage for the secure parking, and attendant didn't inform us.

Very disappointed

Our first night was almost a nightmare without knowing I booked this for Valentine's for a romantic night only to find they were booked up with a huge party, though the owner arranged for us to have his room, but when my niece and daughter came they sent us to a more expensive hotel that had mediocre service, then the next day after the second hotel made us wait along time because we were never given the room key, we finally came back to casa Felipe with the promise of a second room only to be told they again booked it up for a huge party and again was sent to another hotel, though the staff was very good, Saturday morning I had a asthma attack and went to a hospital by ambulance and because of how long it took for my hospital stay we were late checking out, and the staff wanted to charge us again, I talked them out of it! Though we will return to the 3rd hotel!! casa felipa needs to stand behind promises, and not waste our time, so we will NOT return to casa felipa!!!!! This hotel needs to reevaluate what customer service is ( you are to treat everybody the same way you would treat your family PERIOD!!!!!!!!!)

Im very sorry to know all these things. I have close out this period from Feb.12-18 because we have 200 guests booked, that is why i was surprised to receive your booking, nevertheless the Mgt offered his room just to accommodate you. The next day you had 2 visitors and woul like to checkin but unfortunately we have no available room anymore so they refer you to a nearby hotel. You ask if you could go back the following day to casa felipa but they said the only room we have is the Superior Family room which can accommodate 8 pax, not applicable to you since you are only 4pax,that is why they refer you to Aurelios Mansion, the sister hotel of casa felipa. When you had an attack, it was Casa Felipa staff who called the ambulance because the staff in aurelios has to attend to your needs and for just 5minutes the ambulance arrived. Check out time is 12nn and checkin time is 2pm. You arrived early but they didnt charged you for that. Our staff are all kind and very friendly. Im sorry to hear your stories, i thank you for letting me know. Thank you.

It was so-so, they lacked the parking space we were hoping for. Breakfast wasn't included so that was a bit of a let down. The room was nice but had only one functioning socket.

Thank you for your review, however it was peak season thats why parking space became a problem but beside the hotel is a compound with lots of space, just tell the front desk officer so they can assist you. Rates do not include breakfast its written on the website, however during checkin time they ask if you would like to request for breakfast at Php150/pax but you decline. We only have 2sockets/room, the 1st socket is for the cable tv and the 2nd one is free. Thank you for letting us know your problem, rest assure we will try our best to attend guests needs in the future.

Booking confirmation not honored at once

I made an online booking for 5 adults and 1 child. When we were checking in, the receptionist told that booking was only for 5 pax so we need to pay for 1 pax more. This is despite from showing her the booking confirmation sheet. However the following morning, the receptionist said there was a misunderstanding and that the owner offers her apology and the payment for extra Pax was returned to us. Overall stay was good though improvements can be made on shower room such as adding water heater and mirror.

The refund was made immediately but were able to give the following day.Water heater is centralized and since it was high peak season all barhrooms were used at the same time.
