Property is new and very nice, with all comforts.
A bit difficult sometimes to find parking.
There are a couple of washing machines but shared with the building.

Great holiday apartment in Arrecife
Posted 1 Jan 2024 on HotelsA great place to stay in central Arrecife, close to seafront, restaurants, bars and shops. Very clean and comfortable and great communication for self check-in. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely look to stay here again the next time we’re in Arrecife.

Nice central modern apartment.

The apartment did unfortunately smell slightly of cigarettes. And the kitchen lacked a few essential items if you wanted to cook. (No oven, scissors, bread knife ect
There was an underground car park in the property but unfortunately the owner didn’t respond to me as to if this was available or not.
Overall it was a good stay but could have been improved.
