A lovely hotel, good location with a great spa! Beds were huge and big TV, quiet resort, buffet food was great with lovely presentation. Staff really friendly. Definitely recommend the spa. Close walking distance to the marina with a market on Tuesdays and Fridays. Gym was open 24hrs and had good selection of equipment. There are many free workshops (sushi making, macrame, cocktails, plants) and yoga/archery classes which were brilliant - we really enjoyed them! Some downsides were that free drinks were sometimes given upon entry to the restaurants for the first three days, then it stopped and not sure why. Unfortunately an item of my clothing was stolen from the women’s changing room so don’t go in with anything other than your swimwear and robe as very few lockers available if any. Our bench at the end of our bed was taken away also after the third day too, which was random. We had a problem with a drilling and hammering noise at 3am and after two nights of this we asked the hotel to investigate and thankfully they offered us to move rooms which was appreciated, but the staff were not sure what was causing the noise. Overall, enjoyed our stay but there are a couple of things that could be improved to make it a full 5 star experience.

Lovely location and great property, we had a wonderful stay. My two main bits of feedback: it was unclear that going as “Preferred” unlocks a few extras for All Inclusive customers when booking through Expedia - it’s not just a difference in room! And, the service from staff was alright but not excellent or ‘5 star’, for example, once our food and drink order was taken and we were served our meal, that was it for staff interaction until a dessert menu was offered (and even then, only on some occasions, others we left after 20 minutes of empty plates at our table). Glasses were always left empty by staff, refills or additional drinks orders were not offered and no checks were made during our meal about the food or our dining experience. I acknowledge this is particularly fussy, but should be expected for a resort marking itself as 5 stars! Adjust the price and the rating and then I would adjust my expectations!

Excellent staff, very friendly and attentive. Extremely clean hotel and well laid out if a bit tired in some places. Hallways very echoey so sound travels far and the walls in the rooms are thin so neighbours can be heard above, below and to the side. Not true all inclusive as some drinks on menus had an extra charge but a good selection none the less

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Sometimes the service at meal times was a bit slow. The food was superb In general, it was a lovely stay and we got what we needed from it (rest, sun and lovely food)
